Sandwich Artist (Development Season) is a musical by Phoebe Caldeiro, co-written with Jack McGee. It tells the story of Sammy, a young culinary prodigy with dreams of becoming the best sandwich artist in Aotearoa. After getting fired from her job at UNTITLED SANDWICH CHAIN she drops everything to move to Wellington and open her own restaurant, where her dreams are tested to the limit.
